This 90 m², 4-bedroom apartment has snug rooms for rent, 1 with an ensuite bathroom. The shared social space is the funky open-plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has a bar counter that separates it from the living room, which can also be used as a breakfast bar. The apartment has polished wood flooring and stylish decor throughout
The apartment is located in Prosperidad, also known as La Prospe by locals. The apartment is about 5 minutes from the Chamartín station, which provides metro connections and connections to the AVE and Avant trains. In the area around the apartment, you can find plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is handicap accessible.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- The living room has 2 comfortable couches, an arm chair, a glass table, and a large flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, and washing machine.
