The main shared area is the dining room located in the middle of the apartment. The kitchen is quite spacious and has enough storage room for all the roommates. There are 2 big bathrooms to share.
The apartment is located in the residential are of Guindalera. The apartment is between 3 different metro stops and has plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. You also have the beautiful Parque Eva Duarte within walking distance, a great place to go for a run.
