This 117 m², 4-bedroom apartment has a small and cozy room for rent. The apartment is very spacious with a big entrance hall and an even bigger living room and kitchen. The living room is a big and open space that opens up to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and has plenty of storage space. The room for rent comes with its own private bathroom.
The apartment is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Delicias. This area is more affordable than the city center and is now home of the Matadero art venue. The apartment is very well-connected to the city center, but has all your basic services within walking distance.

What we liked the most
- No deposit required.
- The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, coffee table, shelving, storage, a glass dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
- Bedroom 1 has its own private bathroom and a small TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, big counter top, dishwasher, a dining table, and a TV.
- You have a sports center, 24-hour pharmacy, and a Mercadona all less than 5 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The only tenants will be you and the landlady. The other rooms are not available for rent.
- Although there is a dog in the video, it no longer lives in the apartment.
- Not all the rooms have a heating unit.
