All of the rooms for rent are stylish, tastefully decorated, have TVs, and have lots of storage space. The bathrooms are both contemporary, and they are fitted with large showers. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a microwave, an oven, an electric stove, a coffee-maker, a large fridge, and a washing machine. There is bar / table area with chairs for tenants to enjoy meals on, and the kitchen has lovely tile floors.
Malasaña is one of Madrid's most popular, trendy neighborhoods. Located in the center of Madrid, Malasaña is known for its vibrant art scene, excellent restaurants, chic cafes, and thrilling nightlife. Well-connected by public transportation and within walking distance of many of Madrid's major sights and landmarks, Malasaña is the perfect place for anyone who wants to see and do it all in Madrid.
