A room is available to rent for women professionals and postgraduates in a 100 m², 3-bedroom apartment with a terrace in Madrid's Salamanca area. The interior of the property is spacious, bright, and decorated with stylish furniture. There is a large living room which is the perfect place to spend time with the live-in landlady and her sister. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has ample storage space.
Salamanca is one of Madrid's most elegant neighbourhoods, filled with bars, cafés, restaurants and shops to ensure that you will never be bored. There are several green spaces nearby; the most famous is Retiro Park which is just 15 minutes away. To reach other parts of Madrid, you can walk to Manuel Becerra metro station which is just 4 minutes away.
