The use of spoons as door handles and the painted words on the walls all help to make the property feel like a welcoming place to live.
Guindalera is part of the neighbourhood of Salamanca which has a reputation for being one of the more affluent and upmarket areas of the city. Here you will find many designer boutiques as well as excellent restaurants and some handsome architecture. Guindalera is a more residential part of this barrio that nevertheless still has access to all the necessary amenities.
