This is a stunning apartment, available to rent to women only, with 4-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The whole apartment is decorated with care, with soft, cool colours with bright accents. The living room is spacious, has sofas, a coffee table, and a large TV, and also balconies with beautiful views. The kitchen is modern, with lots of cupboard space, and has a stove and and oven, a dishwasher, and a full size fridge-freezer. There are 2 bathrooms, each for the sole use of 2 bedrooms, both with modern fittings, both with large shower, washbasin, toilet, and some shelving. The apartment has AC throughout.
You will be living in a residential area, but as is common with Madrid's central districts, there are lots of restaurants, tabernas, bars, and cafes nearby, along with shopping, including local grocery stores. For all your essential shopping needs, there is a Corte Inglés department store within a 10-15 minute walk. Instituto Empresa Business School is nearby, and for fans of science, you will be living almost directly opposite the Museum of the Natural Sciences.
What we liked the most
- 3 of the bedrooms and the living room have balconies, all with beautiful views.
- This is a really well decorated apartment, you can see the care that has gone into it.
- You will have all modern fittings throughout.
- Transport options from the area are fantastic.
