Rooms are available to rent in a 145m², 5-bedroom apartment in the centre of Madrid. The apartment is bright and spacious with plenty of natural light and a fully-equipped kitchen with both oven and a dishwasher. It also has well as a dining area where you can enjoy your meals with flatmates or friends and a balcony from which you can see Plaza Mayor.
The centre of Madrid, also the geographical centre of Spain, is how you might imagine of any city centre: full of life and energy at all times of day. Here you will find many of the landmarks that make the city famous as well as an eclectic mix of locals and tourists from around the world who all come here to enjoy the fun and exciting atmosphere in the heart of the city.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a great feature, ideal for people-watching or simply having a quick breath of fresh air.
- AC will be a welcome addition during the sweltering summer months.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- With 2 bathrooms between the 5 tenants, you should not be kept waiting in the mornings.
- This location, in the very centre of the city, is ideal if you want to feel that you are truly experiencing all that Madrid has to offer.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space inside or on the balcony for a rack to dry your clothes.
