The location of this property is fantastic—in vibrant La Latina in the heart of Madrid. The apartment is right next to La Latina metro station, but the majority of the city centre is within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood is known for its great tapas bars and El Rastro flea market.

Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 5th floor. No need to pay for that gym membership then!
