The property has been decorated in a retro cruise ship-inspired style with lots of wood, and feels comfortable, cosy and unique. Spread over 2 floors, there is an open-plan kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs; and a mezzanine study, bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
You will be living in the very desirable Ríos Rosas / Alonso Cano area of Chamberí, an upscale district which is one of the best places to live in Madrid. Just around the corner from the apartment are the well-known restaurants and gourmet tapas bars of Calle Ponzano, as well as plenty of other things to see and enjoy.
