Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom apartment near Chamartín station in the north of Madrid. The property is decorated in a warm, classical style, with parquet flooring throughout. There is a spacious living room with plenty of seating, a very large and sparkling clean kitchen, and 2 shared bathrooms.
You will be living in a very well connected area close to the Cuatro Torres Business Area, La Paz hospital, and Chamartín train station—very handy if you need to travel by Cercanías.
What we liked the most
- We love the elegant, classy decor, with real wooden floors.
- The kitchen is spacious, bright, and well maintained.
- You can see the landmark Torres Kyo and Cuatro Torres skyscrapers from the window.
- You will be living in a very well-connected neighbourhood, so getting around Madrid will be quick and easy.
