This 3-bedroom, 80m ² student apartment in Guindalera has a floor area of 80 m² and offers individual rooms to rent. All bedrooms come equipped with a single bed and a desk, and tenants will share a kitchen with a washing machine and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is located in a lovely part of Madrid, close to several metro lines to take you around the city. From this convenient location you can walk to Goya, where you will find numerous shops, restaurants and a Corte Ingles department store.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is decorated using colourful furniture and accesories, creating a fun and relaxed ambience.
- There is a living area providing a pleasant space to relax outside of the rooms.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave and a washing machine.
- The shared bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and offers storage space.
- IE Business School is a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a storage room in the apartment which belongs to the landlady and cannot be used by the tenants.
