Rooms are available to rent in a huge 7-bedroom apartment in the Moncloa area. The 180 m² property is stylishly decorated, with a fresh colour scheme and beautiful wooden flooring. Shared areas include an elegant living / dining room and a traditional, well equipped kitchen.
This area is ideal for students at UCM or UPM as it is so close to Ciudad Universitaria, Madrid's student area, but it would be great for professionals too! The neighbourhood is full of a mix of traditional and trendy bars and places to eat. The Moncloa transport hub is nearby, as well as the gorgeous Parque del Oeste.

- We love the airy, contemporary decor and wood floors.
- There are 3 bathrooms.
- Bedroom 2 has access to a balcony.
- The location is perfect if you study at the Universidad Complutense or the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid - although it's a great place for anyone to live!
