This 3-bedroom apartment in Ciudad Jardín is occupied by the live-in landlady and has individual rooms to rent. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and is located in a stylish building with a swimming pool, gym and sauna.
The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood offering numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. You can walk to the Santiago Bernabéu football stadium in 20 minutes and you will find the metro only 50 metres away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is high up on the 9th floor and offers lovely panoramic views.
- The spacious living area receives a lot of natural light and offers a sofa, dining table and TV.
- The kitchen comes with all that is needed to cook.
- Having access to a gym and pool within the building will save you money!
- The apartment is close to public transport to take you around the city.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 3 is self-contained, with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
- Bedroom 1 has a single bed, but the landlady informed us it will be changed to a double bed.
