The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and has enough storage space for all 6 bedrooms. There are 2 complete bathrooms to share between tenants.

This apartment is located on Paseo del Dr. Vallejo Nagera in Acacias. This neighbourhood is located to the south-west of central Madrid, and is home to plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment is very well situated - Madrid Río Park is about 8 minutes away, and the lively Lavapiés neighbourhood can be reached in under 15 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has a large kitchen which has enough storage space for everyone.
  • There are several balconies and there is a little terrace.
  • You have access to a swimming pool - this will be a godsend in summer.
  • Madrid Río, one of Madrid's coolest parks, is about 8 minutes away.
  • The vibrant Lavapiés neighbourhood is just around the corner.
  • This property is very well connected; you have Pirámides metro and Cercanias station next door, and Embajadores and Puerta de Toledo metro stations are a short walk away.
  • There are squash courts in the development.

Things to keep in mind

  • There will be a TV added to the living room.
  • There are no photos of the swimming pool, as the photo session took place at night time.
  • The swimming pool is only open during summer (closing dates from 10th September until 10th June)
