This 104 m², 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has multiple bedrooms available to rent in the beautiful Retiro area. There is parquet flooring throughout and mostly exterior bedrooms, which receive plenty of natural light. The main common room is the fully equipped kitchen that provides plenty of cooking space. There are 2 full bathrooms to share.
The apartment is located on a quiet street less than a 10-minute walk from the famous Retiro Park. Not only do you have the perfect nature space nearby, but you are well-connected by metro and just a few minutes' walk to basic amenities including a bank, pharmacy, and grocery stores.
What we liked the most
- Each bedroom has its own private key and additional storage underneath the bed.
- Most of the bedrooms have an exterior view.
- The kitchen has a lot of counter space and a dishwasher – convenient for shared living!
- Bathroom 2 has a double-sink vanity and a large bathtub.
- You have a metro stop, shops, and Retiro park all within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the bedrooms are not equipped with a heating unit.
