This area to the southeast of the city centre is full of wide avenues and tree-lined streets. The area is well-supplied with amenities, and you'll be just a short walk from both the beautiful El Parque del Buen Retiro, and Atocha, Madrid's main train station, from where you can catch trains all over Spain.
