Most of the apartment is interior, which means that you escape the noise of the busy streets nearby. There are 2 full, modern bathrooms to share between the 7 tenants.
It's a good job that most of the apartment is interior, because the street is full of bars! This the perfect spot to begin your exploration of La Latina's excellent reputation for tapas. Don't just stay on the one street though, there's plenty to find nearby, and not just bars. Everything you need for day-to-day life can be found within minutes of the apartment.

What we liked the most
- The big dining table in the kitchen is a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal, getting to know your flatmates.
- La Latina has some of the best tapas bars in the city – and several of them are on Calle Calatrava.
- The beautiful Real Basílica de San Francisco el Grande is a couple of minute's walk away. Relax in the shade, admiring its architecture from one of the parks that surround it.
