This 8-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has rooms available to rent in the Argüelles area. The 160 m² apartment has a mixture of interior and exterior rooms, most of them with double beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen to share in the apartment, including a washing machine and an oven. There are also 2 full bathrooms, each with spacious showers.
Argüelles is a central district, and although it doesn't have the nightlife of nearby Malasaña, it is popular with students, due to its proximity to Ciudad Universitaria. A quieter area than most this close to the city, it nevertheless has plenty of amenities, and there are dozens of bars and restaurants within a short walk, plus grocery stores, banks, and more.

What we liked the most
- The dining table and sofa in the living room are a good place to hang out and get to know your new flatmates.
- Several of the rooms have pop-art paintings on the walls to add a splash of brightness and colour.
- Students can walk to school in Ciudad Universitaria in about 30-minutes. It's even quicker by Metro.
- The El Corte Inglés on Calle Princesa is just a short walk away. You can buy practically anything there.
- Where better to relax in the sun than Parque del Oeste, just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment.
