This cosy 66 m² apartment is available to rent on Calle Toledo, right next to Puerta de Toledo. The exterior, 2-bedroom apartment has a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have balconies overlooking Calle Toledo.
In the north west corner of Acacias, you'll be just a few minutes walk from the centre of the busy Lavapiés and La Latina areas, where you'll find narrow, winding streets, a myriad of tabernas, and fantastic markets. Near the apartment are a few local cafes and useful amenities. There is a Simply supermarket just a couple of minute's walk away.

- There are balconies in each of the rooms and the living room.
- The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you'll need ready for you to move in.
- Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is just around the corner. Ideal for students!
