This spacious 4-bedroom apartment in the Moncloa district has single- and double-bed rooms available to rent. Each room comes fully furnished and has a private for added privacy. The 140 m² apartment has a combined living room and kitchen area, as well as 3 full bathroom to share.
Moncloa is the unofficial student neighborhood after the Ciudad Universitaria. Well-connected to multiple university campuses, the apartment is also surrounded by plenty of amenities. On nearby Calle de la Princesa, you can find a El Corte Inglés, Mango, Starbucks, and a gym. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants worth trying.

- The living room comes with a couch and TV – the perfect place to spend time with your roommates.
- The kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.
- Having 3 full bathroom is a luxury in a shared apartment!
- This is the perfect neighborhood for students, with the Universidad Pontificia Comillas campus less than a 5-minute walk away.
- Living 1 minute away from a metro stop, will make getting around Madrid so easy!
