Rooms are available to rent in this spacious and contemporary 6-bedroom apartment on Calle Donoso Cortés in Moncloa. The 142 m² property has 2 full bathrooms and has been recently renovated throughout. It has a comfortable and well equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher and a big flat-screen TV.
Moncloa is a great location for students or young people new to the city. The local area is buzzing and fun, with great bars and restaurants, and plenty of shopping for your day-to-day life. Many of Madrid's universities are close by, in the aptly named Ciudad Universitaria, and public transport to the city centre is convenient and fast.
What we liked the most
- The whole apartment is contemporary and finished to a high standard.
- With central AC in all the rooms this will be a welcome escape from Madrid's sweltering summer heat.
- The location is ideal for students with its proximity to Ciudad Universitaria.
- The local area is full of interesting bars and restaurants to try out.
