Rooms are available to rent in this large 4-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord in Tetuán. The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious, comfy living room and 1 full bathroom and a toilet room to share between 3 of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also has an enclosed balcony / conservatory area.
This area of Tetuán is paradise for foodies, with no end of excellent restuarants just moments from the apartment. With shopping, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and more in the area, you could live comfortably without ever going further than 10 minutes from the apartment. You should though - the Metro is just a few minutes away, and has connections all across the city, with direct lines to the city centre, east, and west.
What we liked the most
- The living room is bright, spacious, and comfortable.
- You'll have use of a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons.
- Why not check out a Real Madrid game at Bernabéu? It's a 15-minute stroll away.
- After the game, dine on the best of Basque and rub shoulders with the stars – the extremely popular Mesón Txistu is just around the corner from the apartment.
