Home to attractions such as Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and the Plaza Castilla business district, Chamartín is a well-connected neighbourhood. With a metro station nearby, residents have easy access to central Madrid and surrounding neighbourhoods such as Tetuán.
What we liked the most
- The balcony provides excellent ventilation.
- The laundry area provides extra storage space.
- The living room is furnished with large sofas, perfect for entertaining.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
- Camino restaurant is nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady allows tenants to have visitors, but she must be informed in advance. She asks that tenants and guests are polite, clean and respectful.
- There are 2 bathrooms, but 1 of them is for the landlady's use only.
- Occasionally, the landlady's son brings his dog to the apartment, but there are no pets in the apartment permanently.
