You'll love these contemporary, comfortable rooms for rent in a totally modern and chic residence on Calle de San Leonardo in Malasaña. Each room is stylishly decorated and some have en-suite bathroom. There is a large kitchen with 2 double sinks and multiple stove tops, where each room has its own assigned cupboard, with a lock. There are also spacious common areas with comfortable seating, games, and entertainment.
There are 6 rooms types available, Doble, Basic, Basic Plus, Comfort, Deluxe, and Deluxe Plus, each with slightly varying contents, sizes, and prices.
You'll be living in one of the best area of the city for young people, in trendy Malasaña. This is also a fantastic location for people new to the city, within a short walk of the centre. Cross Plaza de España and you'll find yourself at the Royal Palace. 5 minutes further, and you'll be in Plaza Mayor, one of the city's most famous landmarks. Malasaña itself is a hub of great bars and restaurants, and hip culture. A few minute's walk away, on the far side of Calle San Bernardo, is the busiest area, awash with people even on the quietest of days.
What we liked the most
- The residence has loads of amenities on offer, and is completely modern and stylish.
- Each room has its own private en-suite bathroom. (Except room type Basic.)
- There is a fully equipped kitchen so you can save some money by cooking your own meals. Alternatively you can hire the handy in-house catering service.
- Students will find the location idea. Just a 10-15 minute walk away along Calle Princesa, is Ciudad Universitaria, where the majority of the city's university campuses are concentrated.
