A room is available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlords. The apartment is a cool, open space, which obviously belongs to artists. Ideal for somebody with similar tastes, you'll feel the creativity in the air. There is a print-shop / studio in the main living room, which also has a small, but modern and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the landlord's private space. The apartment entrance is in the courtyard of a building, so this will be a quiet, peaceful place to live.
You'll be living on Calle Miguel Servet, in the popular Lavapiés district of the city. Lavapiés station is just a 3-minute walk away, where you can find supermarkets, and the streets radiating from the plaza there are filled with excellent restaurants and bars. The local park is just a couple of minute's walk away, for afternoons relaxing in the sun, and also nearby you can find the popular Mercado de San Fernando food market.
What we liked the most
- This is a very bohemian space, where anybody arty will feel right at home.
- The room for rent is bright and has lots of storage.
- Around the corner you can find Tabacalera cultural centre, where there are regular workshops and exhibitions.
