This 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment can be rented as a whole or by room. Located right next to the famous Parque del Retiro, the apartment is interior with a double-bed and single-bed room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a couch and TV.
Madrid's Parque del Retiro is one of its true gems and you get to live right next to it. A weekend picnic, an evening jog – all at your fingertips. Calle de Ibiza is also surrounded by delicious tapas bars, a cinema, and all your basic amenities.
