Located in the heart of posh Salamanca is this elegant 91 m², 4-bedroom apartment with rooms available to rent. The interior property provides style and comfort with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and chic decor. The spacious entrance hall is used as a practical and cozy living room and dining room area located next to the large and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is another great feature – large and beautifully designed.
On Calle del General Díaz Porlier, the apartment is minutes away from some of the best shopping streets and some of the best restaurants. There is a beautiful mix of fine dining as well as your typical Friday night bar. If you enjoy walking, admiring, and tasting new flavors, you're in the right place!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has high ceilings and art-covered walls.
- There is a stylish and cozy dining room/living room.
- We love the big bathroom! It's large and it has a double-sink vanity.
- You are minutes from a metro stop, but also have plenty to explore in your neighborhood.
