This amazing 3-bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, has rooms available to rent on Calle Monte Perdido. The apartment has a stunning balcony with great views and plenty of sun, perfect for relaxing in the heat or hosting summer get togethers. The living room also has plenty of space with a couch, chair and a double bed for extra seating or hosting night guests.
In Vallecas you will live in a rebellious area which is proud of its working class history and counter culture. Here you will be near Parque de El Retiro and within walking distance of the stadium of local football club Rayo Vallecano, the atmosphere at their matches is something everyone should experience. You can easily reach the center of the city, thanks to the nearby metro station.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is truly amazing. Large, open and sunny with great neighborhood views.
- There is also plenty of space in the living room, which features a double bed so you can easily host night guests.
- The location is in a peaceful residential area.
