There are cozy rooms available to rent in this well-equipped 75 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Imperial. The apartment's main feature is the spacious balcony that opens up from the living room, which comes with plenty of seating and equipment for a mini home-theater. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large bathroom to share. The living room is shared with the landlord but he will spend most of his free time in there.
Imperial is a popular neighborhood due to its proximity to city center and its affordable prices. You can go on a nice stroll or take the bus and metro to quickly reach Madrid's bustling area around Puerta del Sol. On Paseo Imperial, however, you have a peaceful environment with all you basic amenities close by.
What we liked the most
- The living room and terrace get a great view of the daily sunsets!
- You have central AC and heating.
- Like movies? Take advantage of the projector, pull-down screen, and flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher and breakfast bar.
- Enjoy the good weather and go for stroll along the Madrid Río nearby.
- You are only about a 15-minute walk to Madrid's Puerta del Sol.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord sometimes occupies bedroom 2, so you may share the apartment with another tenant or the landlord.
- The landlord would prefer to keep the living room as his own private space, but he is of course willing to share!
