This nicely renovated 4-bedroom apartment on Calle Olivar, Lavapiés, is 90 m² and has fully furnished rooms to rent. Tenants will share 1 bathroom, a toilet room, and a spacious kitchen with a dining table.
The apartment is located in a diverse neighbourhood that has numerous restaurants, bars and shops to explore. There are also several public transport options nearby, and you can walk to Puerta del Sol in 9 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely furnished.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is 1 full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet room.
- Bedrooms 2-4 enjoy beautiful street views.
- There are numerous markets nearby, including the lively Mercado de la Cebada.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 does not have a window.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
