Rooms are available to rent in this spacious and elegant 2-bedroom apartment, which has AC and an equipped kitchen, on Calle de Josep Pla. There is a gorgeous living room with a big couch, a nice glass dining table and a flat screen TV and the property is decorated with nice artwork throughout. In the building you also have access to a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The apartment is cleaned once a week and has the sheets of the bedrooms changed every 15 days.
Prosperidad is a well connected part of Madrid, it is here that you find Avenida de Américo metro-and-bus station where you can find budget friendly tickets to all over Spain. Right outside the apartment you will find a supermarket as well as plenty of friendly restaurants, bars and cafés and one of the areas main attractions, the classical music venue Auditorio Nacional de Música.

What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. Meaning that the shared bathroom can belong to bedroom 2.
- Both bedrooms have double beds and plenty of storage space.
- Living here you have access to a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna.
- There are 2 metro stations within a 5-minute walk. Convenient!
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 has a single bed, not a double bed as shown in the photos.
- The living room area won't be available for the Tenant.
