There are beds and rooms to rent in this charming 4-bedroom student apartment on Calle Londres, Salamanca, which is 100 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The property has been nicely renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living area, and 2 bathrooms.
Salamanca is an upscale area that is considered one of the best places to live in Madrid. Las Ventas arena is located nearby, and you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities within a short walk.
What we liked the most
- The living area is an ideal space to share a drink with your flatmates.
- Bathroom 2 has a bathtub.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- This 5-bedroom apartment will be a great place to meet new people.
- Eva Perón Duarte Park is right by the apartment.
- Javier the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
