Rooms are available to rent in a newly renovated, bright and stylish 5-bedroom apartment on Calle de Venancio Martín. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a lot of counter space as well as a bar area with 5 stools where you can enjoy your meals. The bedrooms are bright as they all have windows with a view of the street outside and there are 2 bathrooms to share between tenants.
Vallecas is a residential working-class area in the south of Madrid where you are well-connected to the city center. On Calle de Venancio Martín you are close to Campo de Fútbol de Vallecas, home to local football team Rayo Vallecano, and Parque del Cerro del Tío Pío. You will find lots of small shops where you can buy your basic amenities and there are several restaurants close by.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is recently renovated and very modern.
- The rooms are nice and bright with natural light.
