This 7-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with fully furnished rooms available to rent is ideal for students! The 196 m² apartment is in a historical building which means classic architecture and big rooms. All the rooms are interior, but receive plenty of natural light and come prepared with a desk and plenty of storage. If you're lucky you can grab the room with a balcony or the one with an ensuite bathroom. There is a large and cozy entrance hall which can be used as the living room and a big kitchen with a booth dining table and TV.
On Calle Juan Álvarez Mendizábal in Argüelles, this is a perfect student apartment. You have the Universidad Pontificia Comillas less than a 10-minute walk away and the Ciudad Universitaria 20 minutes away. When you want to immerse yourself in Madrid's hustle you can reach the city center in just 15 minutes. The apartment is also a few minutes' walk to the large Parque del Oeste – the perfect city escape.
What we liked the most
- Most of the rooms come with an AC unit.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher and a refrigerator with an ice maker.
- Marcos', the homechecker, favorite room is Bedroom 3, which comes with a large private balcony.
- The location is ideal for students – you can be in Sol and Ciudad Universitaria in just 20 minutes.
