This beautiful, luminous and modern 4-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent on Calle Azucena. The property has a small balcony, which is accessed through the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, where you can both enjoy the sun and hang your clothes to dry. The living room has some chairs and a TV so you can watch you favorite shows as well as a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.
The property is located in a residential area of Getafe, just south of Madrid. However, the area is well-connected and with multiple train stations close to the property you can be in central Madrid in around 30 minutes. The famous Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is only a short walk away and there are friendly restaurants and small shops in the streets outside.
What we liked the most
- The bedrooms are bright as they receive lots of natural light and have clean white walls.
- The kitchen has lots of counter space, perfect for shared living.
- Living here you will be in a calm residential area that is well-served by public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the third floor of a building which does not have an elevator.
- There is only 1 bathroom to share between 4 tenants.
