This apartment is a quick 10-minute walk to the University Carlos III de Madrid campus. There are also several shops and restaurants just a block over, and the Castilla la Mancha Park is only a 12-minute away.

  • The large lounge is the perfect place to unwind with your flatmates after a day out in Madrid.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.

  • The apartment has been recently refurbished, so the decor and appliances are very modern.

Things to keep in mind
