Spotahome's opinion

Rooms are available to rent in a contemporary 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Emilio Ferrari in Pueblo Nuevo. There is a very well equipped kitchen with a small balcony and very new appliances including a dishwasher, oven and microwave; a spacious yet cosy living room with plenty of sofa space and a dining area, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Pueblo Nuevo is a quiet residential area just a few stops away from the centre by metro. There is a Mercadona supermarket just around the corner as well as plenty of other shops and amenities on the surrounding streets.

What we liked the most

  • We love the decor: modern, clean and contemporary.
  • The kitchen is really well equipped with new appliances.
  • There's a small balcony in the kitchen which also serves as a utility room.
  • We love the walk-in shower.
  • The living room looks like a great place to hang out with your flatmates.

Things to keep in mind

  • This property is on the 3rd floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.
