This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with affordable rooms to rent in Tetuán. This spacious apartment is perfect for students who study in Madrid's University City. Spend time with your roommates and friends in the spacious living room - there's plenty of space to decorate and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully-furnished and features a dining table. Perhaps most importantly, each bedroom has its own desk and desk chair, so you can comfortably study at home with no outside distractions.
This property is in an ideal location for students of the Complutense University, the Polytechnic University and others. You can get into campus by bus or on foot, both in about 30 minutes. You're also close to other student housing (los colegios mayores) and student life in general. In your neighbourhood you'll find many supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops and more. If you're meeting friends for drinks, head towards Metro Gúzman el Bueno where you'll find many affordable tapas restaurants frequented by students. Lastly, if you like the outdoors, go for a hike in the Dehesa de la Villa park.

- Walk to the University City (Ciudad Universitaria) in 25 minutes. Or take the 132 bus from Arquitecto Sánchez Arcas street.
- Sol plaza, in the city centre, is less than 30 minutes by Metro. Walk to Alvarado station and take the 1 line direct to Sol station.
- Nuevos Ministerios station is a transportation hub with connections to the Metro Lines 6, 8 and 10, the airport, and the Cercanías commuter railway. To get here, walk to Cuatro Caminos Metro station and take the 6 direct to Nuevos Ministerios (20 minutes total).
