Rooms are available to rent in a light and airy 3-bedroom apartment by the riverside and close to the super La Ermita shopping mall. The apartment has a lovely little terrace with a table to sit out in the morning to enjoy breakfast or an alfresco dinner. The living room has a sofa, desk, book shelves and table while the kitchen is well-equipped for all your dining needs. The shared bathroom has a bath tub and shower. This is a lovely light apartment with attractive wooden floors and neutral walls. The apartment is perfect for people who like to be amidst nature with the beautiful parks and riverside walks, yet the Royal Palace of Madrid and Vicente Calderon football stadium—home to Atletico Madrid—are just the other side of the river.
In less than a minute, you can walk down the street to be by the riverside to enjoy walks and take in the sights of Madrid's landmarks on the other side. The apartment is in a lovely green area close to several parks, so you don't feel as though you are living so close to the city centre. San Isidro Park, which is used for local festivities is 20 minutes away. It's less than 30 minutes to the Madrid Arena multi-use pavilion used for many events. Shoppers will adore the fact that they can walk to La Ermita Mall in 4 minutes for a great choice of shops and restaurants.
