This spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Calle del Doctor Esquerdo, in Retiro has furnished rooms for rent and access to a pool. The 120m² property has a classic decor with wooden furnishings throughout. The living room is spacious and the bathroom is beautifully tiled.
The apartment is located in an elegant area, and just a short stroll from the magnificent Parque de Retiro. Retiro is a centrally located neighbourhood and there is a metro station close by to whip you around the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
- The spacious galley kitchen is well equipped and has lots of bench space.
- The apartment gets plenty of natural light.
- There is a nice balcony.
- Tenants have access to the pool in the apartment complex
