This lovely 4-bedroom apartment is spacious and bright. The living room offers access to a large balcony, with a table and chairs and strings where you can hang your laundry to dry. The glass doors from the balcony and the large living room windows provide abundant natural sunlight making this a bright and welcoming place to relax.
This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Carabanchel, which is outside of Central Madrid. It is a quiet neighbourhood with many parks and green spaces for you to enjoy the outdoors. This area has plenty of local shops, bars, and supermarkets, making this a very convenient area to live. For example, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the Market Las Aguilas Aluche where you can pick up some groceries.
