There are rooms for rent in this stunning 12-bedroom, 5-bathroom chalet on Calle Sil in Villaviciosa de Odón. With a generous 600 m² footprint spread over 4 floors including a basement level, this house boasts 3 kitchens, and 3 living rooms with modern appliances throughout.
This house is a little outside the centre of Madrid, but is only a 20-minute walk to the Universidad Europea de Madrid campus. There is a supermarket only a 15-minute walk away, as well as a pharmacy and a few cafes.

What we liked the most
- This chalet comes with pool access, and beautiful patios to enjoy the summer sun.
- There are plenty of spaces to relax with your flatmates after a day of study.
- There is plenty of storage throughout the house and in the rooms for your belongings.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The chalet is beautifully decorated throughout, with stylish decor and hardwood floors.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located in the basement with a kitchen and bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- This property is suitable for students only.
