You will be living in one of Madrid's most desirable areas. A couple of minutes' walk away is Plaza Olavide which is a lovely park with lots of nice bars where you can sit out and have a drink. Nearby Calle Fuencarral is Madrid's main shopping street. You're also within easy reach of vibrant Malasaña and the rest of the city centre. Perfect!
