This welcoming 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Aluche neighbourhood is modern and light. Entering the apartment you'll find a large room to your right that you can use to store large belongings that won't fit in the rooms. Straight ahead of you there's a large kitchen with modern fittings: the room is already equipped with everything you need for cooking, including an oven, stove, fridge and utensils. The living room is very large and contains 2 very comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The bathroom is also very modern and can be found at the end of the corridor past the 4 bedrooms.
Calle Illescas is a bustling street in a very green neighbourhood. The apartment is surrounded by parks and open green spaces, perfect for walking and other outdoor activities. On the ground floor of the apartment block you'll find various stores selling everything you could possibly need, including a pharmacy and café. Further along the street you can find many different stores from a shoe store to phone shop to fishmongers. There are also several restaurants nearby: for delicious tapas try Bar Rincon Machego, or head the opposite direction down Calle Illescas to find Venezzia, an ice cream store!
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great place to chill out, with 2 large sofas and a flat screen already installed
- The kitchen has a cool bar area and you've also got space to eat at a formal dining table
- The strings to hang your clothes on are very long: there's plenty of space for all 4 tenants to hang laundry
- There are hard wood floors and modern interiors throughout this light apartment
