This spacious and modern 6-bedroom apartment has well-sized rooms available to rent in the beauitul Retiro neighborhood. There are both single and double rooms that comes fully furnisehd. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cooking space and has an attached laundry room. There are 2 full bathrooms to share and a dining room with a wall-mounted television.
On Calle Andrés Torrejón, the apartment is located just seconds away from Madrid's Parque de El Retiro. This is a popular location because it provides a tranquil atmosphere in a central location. The park has many corners to be discovered making it the perfect place to spend any sunny day. Within a 15 minutes of the apartment, you also have a metro stop and the Atocha train station.
