A charming room with a double bed is available for rent in a 2-bedroom apartment in Chamartín, Madrid. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared with the live-in landlady. The living room is prettily decorated and has both a TV and plenty of books. The living room also has a dining table and chairs that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine, while the bathroom has a shower, as well as a toilet, sink, and storage space.
The local area has several banks and small clothing stores, as well as cafes and restaurants. There is a large shopping centre nearby in which you can buy all your groceries from local vendors, such as fish, fruits and vegetables, and meats. There's also a post office nearby, as well as a large park - perfect for a Sunday afternoon stroll.
What we liked the most
