There are rooms available to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Calle Rafael de Riego. The rooms comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and storage space. The main common area is the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a dining table. You also have 2 full bathrooms to share.
Located just 10 minutes from the Atocha train station, this is a great central location. Living by the train is perfect if you travel for work or if you must use the commuter trains. Right around the corner, you also have plenty of grocery stores, banks, and neighborhood shops. Not only are you well-connected to other cities in Spain and other areas of Madrid, but you are also just a 20-minute walk from the beautiful Parque de El Retrio – the perfect place to disconnect.
What we liked the most
- Living next to Atocha and near Retiro is an ideal location!
