There are rooms for rent in this spacious 6-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Paseo de las Acacias, in Acacias. With a modern kitchen including plenty of bench and cupboard space, as well as everything you need to start cooking this apartment is ready for you to move in. The living room well-appointed with sofas and a TV, while the large, shared bathroom has 3 showers, toilets and sinks for added convenience.
There are a few restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk of this apartment, including a supermarket, gas station, and even a cinema. A little further away you will find the Puerta de Toledo, Matadero Madrid and San Francisco el Grande as well as other cultural attractions, so there is plenty to do on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a table and chairs so you can sit down for a home-cooked meal with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is within a 10-minute walk.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- Although there are 3 toilets, showers and sinks, they are all in the same shared bathroom.
