The large and spacious kitchen serves as the main common area where you can meet and chat with your flatmates. It has a tile floor with white cabinets and it comes fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as cookware and dishes. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, an oven, and a dishwasher. In addition to the kitchen, there are two shared bathrooms that are also large, modern, and equipped with shower stalls.
La Latina is one of the most vibrant spots in Madrid. This apartment is surrounded by fabulous cafés, tapas bars and theaters. La Latina, Figaro, Casa Patas, and the New Apolo theaters are all within a 10-minute walk, but there are more if you’re willing to stroll a little farther. Also nearby is Madrid’s famous Plaza Mayor. It’s only a 10-minute walk away, and the Royal Palace is just 2 minutes away from there. Don’t worry, though; when you want to get down to business, there are banks, delis, bakeries, and a supermarket just a few steps from your door.
